Check this out! I love to shop online at Ebay. I also buy from various online stores. Now I have a new place to buy stuff online. Oh….for an online shopaholic like me, it is a great alternative.

Drum roll…..introducing Shopwiki! I love the idea where the network that actually crawls the internet and list out ALL the online stores selling the items. It certainly saves me time and effort to actually search the items myself. I also love the short articles put up on each item category what to look out for – while it is not THE guide to shopping for a particular category shopping items (e.g. watches), it offers a quick overview of what to look out for while shopping online for an item you like.

To test out, I typed ‘Pink Diamond’ in the search box. Now pink diamond is one of the rarest diamond in the world so I am really curious what sort of search results would Shopwiki would pull. And it actually manages to pull out pink diamond jewelry from various online shops. I have browsed the internet for pink diamond long enough to know which are the reputable online shops that sells pink diamond and Shopwiki pulls all these items out including my favorite online store Diamonds by Lauren. Impressive! And I actually saw one pink diamond ring that I really loves….now, if only I strike the lottery.

Next, I typed the search term ‘Blythe doll’ and again I managed to pull out several online stores that sells Blythe dolls including online stores that I am not aware of. And as I am a sucker for Victorian style dresses, I typed ‘Blythe victorian dress’ and managed to pull out several items I am interested in – items that I have trouble locating.

I foresee that Shopwiki would really be a great hit in the future. I have to watch my credit card closely……this is going to be very bad for my wallet. Sobs…..be afraid, be very, very afraid!
