This is the sitting area. Amy from Showcase Roomboxes has helped me to pick the wallpaper colour scheme of my roombox. As we wanted to have a clear demarkation between the sitting area and the bedroom, both areas have distinctly different wallpaper.

I wished I have a photo of the miserable sofa set I bought from ebay. I bought them at ebay and get the seller to send them off to Janine from Miss Amelia’s Miniatures for re-holstering and behold the change! I love the cushions and the colour matches the wallpaper. I think the colour of the original soft set is a hideous green colour.

Did you see the 2 small Dutch children holding the tulips? When I first saw them at my friend’s shop - Jason Miniatures, I knew I have to get them. I think they look real good beside the fireplace.

There is supposed to be a mirror hanging at the mantle place/fireplace. I have decided not to put one for fear that glue/blue tack would not hold the mirror’s weight. My heart would break if the wallpaper is damaged. In Singapore’s weather, everything melts after sometime, especialy glue. So no mirror.

I also love the tall thin display cabinet at the sitting room which display the vases.
